Beresford, Biographical

Born in Indiana, Beresford has been working as an artist for most of the time since then. In addition to painting, drawing etc etc, she has acted in lots of plays, designed & printed scores of theatrical posters, & designed & built theatrical sets. She has taught at the Bow and Arrow Press (Book Arts) in Cambridge, MA, at the Art Institute of Boston, and as an Assistant Professor in the Visual & Environmental Studies Department at Harvard University. Beresford has exhibited in Boston at the Judi Rotenberg Gallery, and at the Grey Gallery in NYC. The artist lives & works mostly in Massachusetts.

        Beresford's work is included in many public and private collections, including the Houghton Rare Book Library, Harvard University, Boston College, Boston Public Library & The New York Public Library Print Collection, and Rare Books.
